Открыт 16 октября 1963 г. Проект Б2-04-02. Снесены деревянные веранды, на их месте в конце 1970-х гг. были сооружены кирпичные пристройки, остекление лестничных маршей заменено на стеклоблоки. В 2000-х гг. прошёл косметический ремонт дворового и торцевых фасадов.
