Из-за катакомб в 1930-х годах, здание уменьшено на 1 этаж, и укорочено на 20 метров. Дом стоит на возвышенности, в 1930-х годах в этой месте находили "катакомбы" (для добычи камня), во время строительно дома фундамент поплыл, стройка была заморожена.
