Name/purpose:	Детский сад №195
Проект Б2-04-02. Перестроен в стиле модернизма не ранее 1985 г., снесены одноэтажные деревянные веранды, на их месте сооружены двухэтажные кирпичные пристройки, установлены витражи. В 2021-22 гг. прошёл капитальный ремонт, в результате чего были утрачены облицовка в виде плитки и часть декора (витражи).
