Открыта 7 января 1907 года. В гостинице кроме номеров был ресторан и колбасный магазин. В 1919 году произошёл пожар. Здание восстановлено в начале 1930-х для штаба Волгостроя НКВД. В 1950-х фасады были оштукатурены и окрашены. Ныне используется как жилое: 1 подъезд, 41 квартира.
