Пятикомнатный жилой дом с подвалом.
Все жилые дома построены из деревянных панелей «Matek» производства Пярну, как вариант, снаружи облицовка туфом. Особенностью является отсутствие оконных проемов с западной стороны дома, террасы с северной стороны небольшие.
