Здание на улице Уральской, 67 (до 1958 года — улица Молотова) построено в 1893 году. Вначале здесь находился приют (приютская школа). Позднее в 1924 году, здесь «прописалась» школа № 48, которая тогда называлась третьей. А во время Великой Отечественной войны в помещении располагался военный госпиталь
